## Hua Hin's Biggest Water Park Black Mountain Water Park is a 48,000-square-metre water park set against the dramatic backdrop of Hua Hin's limestone hills, located just 15 minutes from the town centre. Since opening in 2011 it has become one of the most popular family attractions in the region, drawing both tourists and Bangkok weekenders. ## Slides and Rides The park features a 17-metre-high tower with nine different water slides suited to various thrill levels. Highlights include The Bee, a 16-metre-tall slide with a 76-metre-long run, and The Blue Snake, an 86-metre enclosed tunnel slide that twists through complete darkness before splashing out into daylight. For younger children there is a dedicated kids' zone with shallow pools and gentle splash features. ## Wave Pool and Lazy River The centrepiece is the wave pool, which generates some of the largest artificial waves in Thailand — perfect for body surfing. When you need to unwind, the lazy river offers a gentle float around the park's landscaped tropical gardens. There is also a beach-style infinity pool for those who prefer quiet relaxation. ## Wibit Sports Park Thrill seekers can upgrade to the inflatable Wibit Sports Park, an obstacle course set on the water featuring climbing walls, trampolines, and balance beams. It is challenging and fun for teenagers and adults alike. ## Practical Details Lockers and towel hire are available on-site.
