As I navigated the narrow canals in a small boat, I was tempted by the mouthwatering aromas of pad thai and mango sticky rice. I ended up buying a bowl of tom yum soup from a lady who insisted I try her secret recipe, and it was the best I’ve ever had! The vibrancy of the market, filled with the sounds of haggling and laughter, truly encapsulates the essence of Thailand.
